Garden Maintenance

Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of their gardens, but there is a Special Gardening Scheme that provides a non-statutory gardening service to assist elderly and/or disabled tenants.

 The scheme is solely to benefit tenants who do not have an able-bodied household member aged 18-60 to help them with grass cutting or shrub pruning.

The scheme is subject to annual funding provision and is administered by the Housing Compliance Team .
