We are responsible for the maintenance and repair of lifts in housing blocks throughout Newham. The maintenance is carried out by our contractor, Griffins Lifts.

We have an ongoing programme of lift replacements. Where there are two existing lifts that serve alternate floors, new lifts will be designed so that both lifts serve all floors. In the case of a single lift, wherever possible, a temporary lift will be erected on the outside of the block.
