Gas Servicing

Our Gas Safety team are legally required to carry out an annual gas safety check of all of the homes we manage. The servicing is a statutory requirement under Health & Safety legislation.

Gas Servicing is carried out by Specialist Gas Contractors Carillion.

To contact Carillion Energy Services, please call freephone 0800 731 1053. Our contractors will then send a letter arranging an appointment to do this work. If you cannot make or meet this appointment, you need to contact them directly and reschedule.

If you do not meet the arranged appointment they will send you a second letter arranging another appointment.

To report a gas leak please contact Transco on 0800 111 999.
