Rent and Housing Charges

We collect rent and housing-related charges on council-owned homes, offering a wide variety of payment methods. We provide welfare and debt advice for tenants to prevent rent arrears, in partnership with the Council's Housing Benefit service, Local Service Centres and Social Services. We also collect arrears from former tenants.
